Section 106

No alteration or amendment shall be made to a salaries or wages voucher after it has been passed for payment by the Treasury.

In cases where the payment to an individual as shown on the voucher is incorrect the whole amount in respect of that individual shall be refunded to the Treasury in accordance with the arrangements set out in Regulations 105.3 and a fresh voucher prepared.
