Vouchers.

Mechanised Salaries Section, shall be prepared in duplicate by depart-ments and shall be submitted to the Treasury at least seven working days before the due date of payment. Wages sheets shall be prepared in duplicate by departments and shall be submitted to the Treasury not later than five working days after the end of the period for which payment is due. After examination the Treasury will return the original on the date of payment together with a cheque for the total amount required.
