Appeal from remedial order or stop-work order

Section 22
(1)
Any person who is affected by any order made by the Authority under section 21 may, within 14 days of the date of service of the order, a appeal to the ~iniste; who may rescind or vary the order and whose decision shall be final.

(2)
Where an appeal is made to the Minister against any remedial order, that order shall not have effect pending the outcome of the appeal.
(3)
Where an appeal is made to the Minister against any stop-work order, the affected person shall comply with the order pending the outcome of the appeal, and the stop-work order shall have effect until it is otherwise rescinded or varied.
