Section 79
(a)
that the owner, vendor, carrier, or person in charge or control of such water or food shall forthwith procure an analysis of such water or food to be made to the satisfaction of the port health officer;
(b)
that, until the result of such analysis is communicated to the port health officer, such water or food, or water or food from a similar source, shall not be supplied to any ship;
(c)
that the portion of any ship which contains or has contained such water or food shall be disinfected to his satisfaction before any other water or food is placed therein.
(2)
If the port health officer is not satisfied by the result of the analysis that such water or food is fit for human use or consumption, it shall be lawful for him to order —
(a)
that such water or food shall not be supplied for human use or consumption;
(b)
that such water or food shall be disinfected or destroyed to his satisfaction.
