(2)
For carrying out the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder, the health officer may requisition any motor or other vehicle.
(3)
The owner of any vehicle so requisitioned shall not be entitled to claim more than a reasonable sum for the use and detention of such vehicle.
Health officer may order removal of patients to hospital.
