(2)
For the purposes of this section “Government school” includes every school that is maintained in whole or in part out of public or local grants, rates, funds or endowments.
(3)
For all the purposes of this section the provisions of this Act relating to certificates of unfitness, insusceptibility and vaccination shall apply.

(4)
Any parent or person having the custody of such pupils, who fails or neglects, after having been served with a notice from the public vaccinator or Deputy Superintendent requiring such pupil to be vaccinated, to cause such pupil to be vaccinated, shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $100, and such pupil shall not be admitted to any Government school until he has been vaccinated.
