Section 67
(1)
An executor or administrator who leases, mortgages or pledges any portion of the estate without the written sanction of the Probate Officer shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $1,000.
(2)
No Land Officer shall register any deed of lease or mortgage by an executor or administrator with produc-tion of such sanction or order.
