Section 61
If, owing to the terms of the will, the minority or unsoundness of mind of any heir or beneficiary, or for any other cause, the executor or administrator is unable to transfer the property or any portion thereof to the heirs or beneficiaries or any of them, he shall apply without delay to the Probate Officer for his directions.
