Section 52

It shall be lawful for the Probate Officer to sit in his office for the despatch of such business as can, in his opin-ion, with advantage to the suitors be heard in his office; and the times at which sittings shall be held shall be fixed by the

Probate Officer:

Provided that no matter shall be heard in his office which either party requires to be heard in public.
