Section 28
No act or omission by the Minister, the Director, the Authority, any officer employed in the administration of this Order or any other person acting under the direction of the Minister, the Director or the Authority shall, if the act or omission was bona fide for the purpose of executing this Order, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
