Section 23
Where the owner, master or agent of a ship has been convicted of an offence under this Order and any fine imposed in respect of the conviction is not paid at the time ordered by the court, the court shall, in addition to any power for enforcing payment, have the power to direct the amount remaining unpaid to be levied by distress and sale of the ship, its tackle, furniture and apparel.
