Section 5

Subject to sub-regulation (2), the disposal of any material regulated by these Regulations is prohibited from fixed or floating platforms engaged in the exploration, exploitation and associated offshore processing of sea-bed mineral resources, and from all other ships when alongside or within 500 metres of such platforms.
