Section 23

Any person who assaults, obstructs, impedes, hinders, interferes or fails to comply with any lawful demand of an authorised officer in the performance of his functions under this Act is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
