Section 22
(1)
Every person required by any Officer of the Bureau to give any information on any subject which is the duty of that Officer to inquire into under this Act or on any prescribed offence and which it is in his power to give, shall be legally bound to give that information.
(2)
Any person who fails to give such information as he is required to give under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 and imprisonment for one year.
