Section 13
Whoever abets, within the meaning of the Penal Code
(Chapter 22) —
(a)
the commission of an offence under this Act; or
(b)
the commission outside Brunei Darussalam of any act, in relation to the affairs or business or on behalf of a principal residing in Brunei Darussalam, which if committed in Brunei Darussalam would be an offence under this Act, shall be deemed to have committed the offence and shall be liable on conviction to be punished with the punishment provided for such offence.
