Damage to public postal licensees’ installation or plant

Any person who wilfully removes, destroys or damages any installation or plant which belongs to a public postal licensee and is used for posts is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
