Advisory guidelines

Section 27
(1)
The Authority may make advisory guidelines about any aspect of postal services and postal systems.
(2)
The advisory guidelines may be made about —
(a)
any matter in respect of which codes of practice and standards of performance may be made under section 25; or
(b)
the use, construction, design or performance of anything relating to postal systems or postal services.
(3)
The Authority shall —
(a)
give a copy of each advisory guideline to the Minister; and
(b)
publish each advisory guideline in such manner as the
Authority thinks fit.
