Section 13
(1)
Every pilot shall keep a record of the vessels piloted by him
Records and which shall contain such information as the Director may from time reports.
to time direct and shall be submitted to the Senior Pilot for inspection at such times as the Director may require.
(2)
Every pilot shall when making a report against any vessel for contravention of any provision of the Act or any regulation made there-under or other written law submit his report in such form as may be required by the Director.
