Section 3
(1)
The substances specified in the Poisons List shall be deemed to be poisons within the meaning of this Act.
(2)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council may, by notification published in the Gazette, add to, remove from or reinstate in, the
Poisons List any substance.
