Section 4
Where a pharmacist has been convicted of an offence referred to in sections I7(1)(a} or (b), the Board shall consider the record of proceedings of the court.
(2)
The Board may, if it is of the opinion that the name of the pharmacist should be removed from the register, remove his name from the register after he
• has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
