Section 15
(1)
The Authority may appoint or employ such officers and other employees, advisers, consultants and agents as may be necessary for the effective performance of its functions for such terms of office and on such conditions of service as the Authority may determine.
(2)
Section 5(3) applies to all officers and other employees of the
Authority.
