Section 21

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may give directions for the payment of gratuities or other allowances to an officer who has served in a non-pensionable office and who is not eligible for the award of any pension, gratuities or other allowances under the provisions of this Act or under the Overseas Officers Widows’ and Children’s Pensions Regulations,
