Punishment of persons convicted after previous conviction, of offence punishable with 3 years imprisonment 75.

Whoever, having been convicted of an offence punishable under this Code with imprisonment for a term of 3 years or more, or having been convicted in the Federation of Malaysia or in the Republic of Singapore of an offence of a nature similar to any of those offences, is guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term of 3 years or more, shall be subject for every such subsequent offence to imprisonment for 10 years.
