not being an officer, or a soldier, sailor or airman in the armed forces of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, wears any garb or carries any token resembling any garb or token used by such an officer or constable, or by such an officer or soldier, sailor or airman, as the case may be, with the intention that it may be believed that he is such an officer or constable, or such an officer or soldier, sailor or airman, as the case may be, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, fine not exceeding $4,000 or both.
