Abetment of mutiny to induce soldier etc. from his duty

Whoever abets the committing of mutiny by an officer or constable in the Royal Brunei Police Force or by an officer, soldier, sailor or airman in the armed forces of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, or attempts to seduce any such person from his allegiance or his duty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years and fine.

Explanation -

In this section, "officer" includes a commissioned, a non-commissioned and a warrant officer.
