Section 4

The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, appoint a probation committee or committees consisting of such persons as he thinks fit, who shall review the work of probation officers and volunteer probation officers in individual cases, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by regulations made under this Act.
