Section 42

Any sum due to the Scheme, including any sum required by the Board or ordered by a court to be paid, repaid, refunded or transferred to any account maintained for a member in respect of the moneys standing to the credit of the member in the Scheme, may be sued for and recovered by the

Board as if it were a debt due to the Government.
