Section 19
(1)
For the purpose of enabling the Board to perform its functions and discharge its duties under this Act, the Minister shall cause to be paid to the
Scheme such moneys as the Government may approve as grants-in-aid to the
Scheme.
(2)
All moneys provided for under subsection (1) may be applied or expended by the Board for all or any of the purposes of the Scheme.
