Section 10
(1)
Every employer of an employee shall pay to the Scheme monthly, in respect of each employee, contributions at the rates set out in Schedule 2:
Provided that the Board may, on such conditions as the Board may impose, authorise an employer to pay contributions at other intervals not exceeding 6 months.
(2)
Every employee shall pay to the Scheme monthly, in respect of himself, contributions at the rate of 8.5 per cent of his wages.
