No application for a licence or permission under any provision of this

Part shall be regarded as properly made unless -

(a} it is accompanied by the prescribed fee; and 174

(b} it specifies an address to which communications from the Authority may be sent.

Without prejudice to the generality of any power to require the provision of information or any other matters, the Authority may give directions as to the information or matters which are to accompany any such application as is referred to in subsection 11).
