Section 28
(2)
For the purpose of this section, criminal proceedings include any proceedings on an appeal before a court against a decision in administrative proceedings.
(3)
The law with respect to the compelling of persons to attend to give evidence before a Magistrate shall apply so far as it is capable of application.
(4)
For the purpose of this section, a person to whom a criminal matter in a foreign country relates is competent but not compellable to give evidence.
