Section 9
Full minutes of the proceedings at all meetings of every Municipal
Board shall be submitted for the information of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan in Council at the earliest opportunity after the close of the meeting, and His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council shall have power to annul the whole or any part thereof.
