Section 17
The estimated gross annual rent at which such lands together with the houses or buildings thereon might reasonably be expected to let from year to year shall for the purposes of the rate be held and deemed to be the annual value of such lands together with the houses or buildings thereon. The annual value of premises so estimated shall not include the value of any machinery contained therein.
