Section 13
Houses and buildings used exclusively as places for religious worship, all public burial and burning grounds, all buildings used exclusively for public schools or for charitable purposes, and all property belonging to or rented by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan or the Government may be exempted by direction of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan in Council from payment of any rate.
