Section 14
(1)
The Department of Mosque Affairs, Ministry of Religious Affairs, shall be the Secretariat to the Fund which shall be responsible for the general administration and day to day proceedings of the Fund.
(2)
The Director of Mosque Mfairs shall be the Head of the Secretariat.
