Section 16
Every mining lease shall, in the absence of any ex-press provision to the contrary, be subject to the land laws for the time being in respect of the following matters, that is to say-
(a)
demarcation and survey;
(b)
collection of land revenue;
(c)
registration of titles, transfers and charges;
(d)
acquisition of land for public purposes .
