A candidate who has been declared failed in any examination may apply to the Director for review of results within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration of the results.
(2)
Such application shall be made in such form and manner as the Director may approve and shall be accompanied by a fee as prescribed in the Fifth
Schedule.
(3)
The Director shall assign an examiner, other than the examiner dealing with the examination originally, to review the evaluation.
(4)
Results of the review, when approved, shall be final and no appeal against such review shall be accepted.
(5)
In case the original result is reversed, the fee shall be refunded to the candidate.
