Section 32
(1)
The Director may appoint, remove and re-appoint examiners to conduct the examinations and assessment and may regulate the conduct of all the examinations and assessment and the qualification of the candidates, and may do all such acts as he thinks expedient for the purpose of the examinations and assessment.
(2}
Such examinations and assessment shall be held at such places and times as the Director may direct.
