Section 51

Notwithstanding the requirements of regulation 50, ships constructed on or after 1st. July, 1998 shall comply with the requirements of regulation 50 where a reference to "margin line" shall be deemed to mean a reference to the bulkhead deck of passenger ships and the freeboard deck of cargo ships.
