Section 201

Ill To assist in casualty investigations, ships, when engaged on international voyages, subject to sub-regulation (4) of regulation 182, shall be fitted with a voyage data recorder (VDR) as follows -

fa} passenger ships constructed on or after 1st. July, 2002;
