Section 13
A Passenger Ship Safety Certificate shall be issued after an initial or renewal survey to a passenger ship which complies with the relevant requirements of Chapters II-1, II-2, III, IV and V and any other relevant requirements of these Regulations.

A Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate shall be issued after an initial or renewal survey to a cargo ship which complies with the relevant requirements of Chapters II-1 and II-2 [other than those relating to fire safety systems and appliances and fire control plans) and any other relevant requirements of these Regulations.
