( 1) Application for registry of a Government ships shall be

(2)
Such application shall contain the following particulars
(a)
a statement of the name and description of the ship ;
(b)
a statement of the time when, and place where, the ship was built ; or, if the ship was foreign built, and the time and place of building are unknown, a statement to that effect, and of her foreign name ;
(c)
a statement of the nature of the title to the said ship, whether by original construction by or for the Govern-ment or by purchase, caph.:re, condemnation or other-wise and a list of the docur.1ents of title, if any, in case she was not originally constructed by or for the Govern·
ment of statutory body ; and ;
(d)
a statement of the name of the master.

11) The Registrar, on receiving an application for registry under
Register Book.
Regulation 3 of these Regulations, shall enter the ship in the register book as belonging to "the Government of Brunei Darussalam".

(2)
The Registrar shall also enter in such register book the following :-
(a)
the name of the ship and the name of the port to which she belongs ;
(b)
the particulars stated in the application for registry ; and
[c)
the details comprised in the surveyor's certificate.
