Section 2

The Regulations specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof be in force as written law in Brunei Darussalam as if the same had been expressly made by the Registrar pursuant to the powers conferred by the provi-sions of Section 54 of the Merchant Shipping Enactment, 1982.
