Section 87

If a seaman employed on a ship is found in civil proceedings before a court in Brunei Darussalam or elsewhere to have committed an act of smuggling, whether in Brunei Darussalam or elsewhere, he shall be liable to make good any loss or expense that the act has caused to any other person.
