Where a person goes to sea in a ship without the consent of the master of the ship or of any other person authorised to give it or is conveyed in a ship in pursuance of paragraph {a} of subsection (4) of section 88, paragraphs {b) and {cj of 437

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE subsection (1) of section 80 shall apply as if that person were a seaman employed on the ship.
