Section 212
(1)
The Minister may exempt any person or ship or description of persons or ships from all or any of the provisions of this Order.
(2)
Any power conferred by this Order to provide for or grant an exemption shall include the power to provide for or grant the exemption subject to conditions and to revoke the exemption.
