Section 184
(1)
Any declaration required by this Order may b~ made before the magistrate or any other person authorised to take or receive a declaration by any law in force in Brunei Darussalam.
(2)
Any declaration required by this Order may be made on behalf of a corporation by the director, the secretary or any other agent of the corporation authorised by the corporation for that purpose.
