Section 137
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, make regulations for the conduct of inquiries under section 133 and of formal investigations under section 135 and for the conduct of any re-hearing under section 136 which is not held by the High Court.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations made under this section may provide for the appointment and summoning of assessors, the manner in which any facts may be proved, the persons allowed to appear, and the notices to be given to persons affected.
