Section 106
(1)
The Director shall deliver to the owner of every Brunei Darussalam licensed ship containing the particulars specified in the register of licenses and the owner shall cause such licence or a copy certified by the Director to be kept at all times on board his ship in the custody of the person in charge of the ship, and such person shall exhibit the same to the Director or any police officer who demands to see the same.
(2)
The Director may cancel any ship licence issued under this Part.
