Section 11
(1)
The master shall upon the discharge of the last person employed in the ship under a crew agreement deliver the official log-book to the Director within 48 hours if the ship is in Brunei Darussalam, or within 21 days if the ship is not in
Brunei Darussalam, or, if it is not practicable within that time, as soon as practicable thereafter.
(2)
A master who fails to comply with this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
